2HDM-II-BSM

Asked by Basit Ali

Hello Sir,
I am obtaining plot total width of charged higgs vs tanb ...for parameter set MH3 = 100GeV & MH=MHc = 900GeV...in THDM-II-BSM..
 BUT the result seems not correct ... The graph should be almost a straight line parallel to x-axis ...
But It comes to value of about 3GeV at tb=7 ....Which is not correct..

What solution do you suggest?

How do you obtain plot for the total width?

You can send me batch and the model file to
<email address hidden>
so I can check this?

Why "the graph should be almost a straight line parallel to x-axis"
and why do you think that 3GeV at tb=7 is not correct?

Sir I have calculated decay width and BR using formula for Decay H- -> W- ,H3 ...BR for this decay is 98% approx for MHc=1000GeV...
and BR is max for two decays i.e H - ->b,T and H- -> W- ,H3 ....
But for parameter set above mentioned BR comes about 10% which seems not correct ... Because MH3=100Gev...and MHc=1000GeV...
So DEcay Probability to W ,H3 should be maximum ....

If you want me to cross check your results,
I need the model and the parameter set.

Did you check that your results a regauge-invariant -- did you check your results in different gauges?
Regards,
Alexander
