Couplings of Charged Higgs to Fermions

Hello Sir,
Sir I am writings couplings of charged Higgs to "Leptons" & "Quarks" in Calchep.
But I am stuck in Parameter of CKM matrix and PMNS matrix element .
Can you tell me the what matrix element should I write in Langrangian file ?

Please
do this in analogy to the Standard Model which was implemented
in LanHEP.

or
CalcHEP installation folder model_arc/sm.inc

This answer is the same as the one on your latets question.
You need to see how SM is implemented first.
