negative cross section and decay width

Dear CalcHEP team,

I am trying to compute the annihilation cross-section of a BSM vector boson to other BSM scalar and SM particles. The cross-section is turning out to be negative (also zero) for some of the channels. Again, the decay width of the BSM scalar is also turning out to be negative. Could you kindly help me out with this issue? I can send my model file if required.
