How can I insert a doblet fermion in Lanhep?

I have a fermion feild Q in my lagrangian. This is a two component fermion as Q=(u, d).
where u and d are up and down Quarks, respectively. I don't know how can I insert this field in LanHep.
Can any body help me?

Please, look at examples presented in CALCHEP/model_src/idm.lhep  and
CALCHEP/model_src/sm.lhep

If it not clear, we can explain details.
