I can't plot diagram for b \to s \gamma via CalcHep

The b \to s \gamma at SM model can't occur at tree level. This process occurs via exchange W boson and a top quark. There is a loop in it's diagram. How can I Draw Diagram for this process?

CalcHEP deals with the processes only at tree level.
So it will not draw diagram for it.
If you would like to evaluate the withs for this process with CalcHEP you can implement it as an effective tree-leel interaction.
