How to specify polarization, beam size etc in batch file

Asked by Basabendu

Dear calcHEP team,

I am doing an analysis with e^+-e^- beam on the basis of ILC specifications. As a result, I need to specify helicity (polarization), beam size, bunch population of the beam etc in the batch file in order to generate events. How to specify them in the batch file?

Thank you.

Here is an example below,
please read Help for CalcHEP batch which is available in the Browser

ALexander

####################
Model changed: False
Gauge: Feynman
Process: e%,E%->ne,Ne,b,B

pdf1: ISR & Beamstrahlung
pdf2: ISR & Beamstrahlung
Bunch x+y sizes (nm) : 560
Bunch length (mm) : 0.4
Number of particles : 2E+10

Polarization1:-0.5
Polarization2:0.5

Thanks Alexander Belyaev, that solved my question.

Dear Professor Belyaev,

It seems the polarization input is not working in the batch file i.e, the cross section is remaining same for all possible combinations of helicities, while it is changing if I do the same from CalcHEP interface. Would you kindly suggest what might be going wrong?

I have fixed the issue. I was using an older version (3.6.23) earlier. This works alright in 3.7.3. Thank you.
