Quasi elastic neutrino scattering at CalcHEP

Asked by sudip

Is it possible to calculate quasi elastic scattering cross-section in calchep? I was trying to do that and which is not working. The process is the following \nu + p -> N + p. incident \nu beam energy I put 1 GeV, p is at rest 0. Could you please help me to solve the problem and how to do that? There is a extra gauge boson which has coupling Z'nu N.

I think first of all  you need a model with neutrino mixing.

After that I have a doubt about possibility to realize such process at
tree level. For Dirac neutrino, it seems, such possibility is absence.
About Majorana neutrino I do not know. CalcHEP is able to calculate only
tree level processes.

And the last point. We will need implement somehow  proton form factor
for such process.
