How can I solve "Error in table 'Vertices' line 0 filed ' ' position 0: " error?

Asked by Basabendu

Dear CalcHep Team,

I have inserted a BSM model in calchep (ver: 3.6.23) which includes charged scalars. Now while performing the 'CHECK MODEL' option, it is showing an error: ' Error in table 'Vertices' line 0 filed ' ' position 0: problem with charge conservation .' I am pretty confused as there is nothing as such line 0 and I have also checked the charges of the fields, which seem to be fine (and I am also choosing Unitary gauge). How can I get rid off of this ?

Thank you.

Here CalcHEP tries to define electric charges of particles. It is
assumed that SM particles  detected by PDG codes have standard charges,
but charges of BSM particles are defined according to vertices of
interaction.  It is difficult to say  which vertex is wrong. Thus
information about line number is lost.
