CalcHEP won't read slha file

Asked by Manuel Krauss

Hi,

I'm currently having problems with implementing a new model in CalcHEP. The model files were generated by SARAH, the CalcHEP version is 3.4.2.
The "Check Model" in CalcHEP returned OK and everything looks good up to the creation of n_calchep, but when trying to do numerics, for some reason the provided spectrum file (slha, created by SPheno) can't be read. I.e., the typical message "Can not evaluate constraned parameter 'rd'" appears. Same for the "Numerical Evaluation" option where "Can not calculate rd" is shown.

I am aware of where the slha file has to be located and named in order to be read, and with other models the procedure does work.

So, my question is: are there other mistakes I can make other than providing the wrongly named file or not putting it into the appropriate directory?

Cheers and thanks in advance,
Manuel

I think you need to contact the author of SARAH for this.

Alright, thanks, the problem had indeed nothing to do with CalcHEP but with a different block numbering due to the new SARAH version, Florian could help me with it.
