dipole operator (Dirac matrix commutator)

Hi,

I'm having trouble figuring out the index structure in the interaction files. In particular, how would I write something like

mu \bar{chi}_2 \sigma_{\mu \nu} \chi_1 F^{\mu \nu} + h.c.

where mu is some (dimensionful) coupling?

If there is a manual that explains this, please feel free to point me there.
