Caffeine

Has the Settings entry been removed from the menu?

Some Websites show Settings in the Caffeine menu, see https://i.stack.imgur.com/f3puO.png. But on my system (Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS, VirtualBox) the menu only shows Activate, Info, Quit.
Is this a bug, or have the Settings been removed?
