is it possible to unstack a branch?

I recently tried to upgrade a branch to the 1.9 format, I pushed it to launchpad and set it as the new development focus. However, I see at the details page for this branch that it is stacked on my old trunk. How can I unstack this branch so it doesnt depend on the old branch?

if the branch history is not very big you can try to delete it and push again (ensure your development focus is not set to any branch).

bzr reconfigure --unstacked
