When can we expect a Windows installer build for bzr 1.10?

Unfortunately I have to use Windows. Fortunately, bazaar works well on windows. Unfortunately version 1.9 has a problem related to stacked and svn - I wanted to try again with 1.10 as I notice it has some fixes related to these areas, before reporting the bug which looks like it could have been fixed.

oh - and unfortunately there isn't an installer for Windows for bzr 1.10

The Windows build machine is experiencing issues, so we won't get an installer until it's fixed, or someone manages to go through the complicated build procedure on another machine.

Perhaps someone else knows more about the status of the machine though.. Anyone?

How complicated is this actually?
