Are there any plans of release a windows install package for version 1.7 (last release)?

I am testing bazaar integration with Eclipse and version 1.6 isn't stable enough because xmloutput plugin needed to be installed separately. So I am trying to test Eclipse integration with bazaar, but until now it doesn't seem satisfactory enough. I hope version 1.7 already has xmloutput plugin installed or doesn't need any further complement anymore.

There are plans to make a 1.7 installer. I think it just takes a couple days for Mark Hammond to get to it.

I also remember some discussion about how to get 'xmloutput' to work properly with the standalone installation. Something about needing an extra library. But that was supposed to be resolved by xmloutput directly, and not require a change to the bzr installer.
