I cant use command "bzr co --lightweight lp:inkscape-devlibs c:\devlibs"

Hi,
I try to update inkscape devlibs by using following command:

bzr co --lightweight lp:inkscape-devlibs c:\devlibs

but following error is displayed:

Connected (version 2.0, client Twisted)
SSH C:\Users\acer/.ssh/id_rsa password:
bzr: ERROR: Connection error: Unable to authenticate to SSH host as
  <email address hidden>
supported auth types: ['publickey']

I have typed my lauchpad account password in (but not display any asterisk*) "SSH C:\Users\acer/.ssh/id_rsa password:
Please guide me.

Note: When I try to generate CMakeFiles for Inkscape 0.92 then IConv not found error display.

You're asked to enter your ssh key password, not your launchpad account password

Can you help with this problem?
