**/images/* default ignore rule?

Asked by Codename: Steeve Knight

I just realized that bzr (currently running 2.7.0) includes the pattern **/images/* in it's ignores.

However neither in my ~/.bazaar/ignore nor my projects' .bzrignore is this pattern included.

Any clues?

Now that's a weird one...

On what assumption do you base your conclusion that bzr uncludes the **/images/* pattern ?

From the 'bzr ignored' output ? This should only reflect ~/.bazaar/ignore and the local .bzrignore indeed.

bzr add **/images/* should still add the files though if that helps.

Thanks.
Yes on the $ bzr ignored log. I could watch it tic down as I added per-directory images.
Had not considered just using the pattern it was ignoring (eg **/images/*) as suggested.
