no valid trusted SSL security file set

When logging in from the command line i have been getting this message .This is the first time i am using bazaar .Please tell me how can i install/move trusted ssl security file set.How safe is it to login in bazaar without SSL?

Here is the complete error message :
 Value "c:\python27\cacert.pem" is not valid for "ssl.ca_certs" No valid trusted SSL CA certificates file set.See 'bzr help ssl.ca_certs' for more information in setting trusted CAs.

os : windows 7
bazar version : tested on both 2.5.1 and 2.6
