After opening the working tree the popup window is not able to close

When I open Bazaar and update the working tree, the popup window is not able to close. I have to kill bazaar. This is also the case with other pop ups.

I've reinstalled bazaar again, but the fault has not gone away. Hopefully you can help me out?
