Bazaar Smart server authendication

Help me to understand how bzr smart authendicate in this case.

My repository location -> CIFS share
Smart Server -> Linux

Repo(cifs share) is mounted to linux using admin id
The permission for different users/groups is configured on cifs share.

But all the users having same permission as that admin id, which used to mount repository(cifs share) to linux(bzr smart server)

I actually want to prevent this, help me to do this.
