I'm afraid that plugin is abandoned long time ago.
Don't you think integration is good thing to have? :)

O coarse its important, but nobody has stepped up to do it :'(

I was developing a Visual Studio integration plugin (including Bazaar support), but currently I don't have time to keep working on it. (need to work on another project)
Is it possible if Canonical adopts this project?

Writing to the mailing list guarantees the broadest exposure for anybody willing to become the new maintainer (and includes Canonical employees). That would also allow you to tell where it's published and under what kind of license.
