tortoisebzr: disable context menu on non tracked directories

I have many applications installed and lots of them like to steal real estate on my context menu. tortoisebzr is one of them :(
i would like to turn off the context menu in nonversioned directories (that is if there are no versioned files in a directory i don't want to see the tortoise bzr context menu).

Both totroisesvn (hide menu for unversioned paths) & tortoisehg (hide context menu outside repositories) have settings for this behavior. Both give the normal behavior on a shift click.

Is there a setting in tortoisebzr that will allow me to hide the context menu on non bazaar version controlled directories?
