Prerequisites for bzr-git 0.6.2

The file INSTALL says, inter alia:

  You will also need either the python tdb or sqlite bindings; the latter are included with Python.

There was no such requirement in 0.6.0.

I'm using Bazaar on MS-Windows, installed by a stand-alone installer. Do I need anything in addition to Dulwich to be able to use bzr-git 0.6.2, and if so, where do I get those additional prerequisites and how do I install them?

All earlier releases of bzr-git had the same requirements, they just weren't described in the README file.

You shouldn't need anything beyond python if you have python 2.5 or later, which includes sqlite.
