Bazaar Externals plugin

External projects show up as unknown by bzr status.

After adding an external project to .bzrmeta/externals and commiting that change, the directory created for it shows up as unknown. Do I need to add them to .bzrignore or are they supported somehow through bzr status.

Currently branches of added external objects are not handled in the bzr status, so the best you can do is to add them to .bzrignore.

In 1.3 versions there was a new command ``eadd`` which will automatically add a branch in .bzrignore.
