how to find /.bazaar directory

Im running fedora 12. I installed qbzr, qt, pyQt and bzrtools. I tried to install bazaar explorer and i needed to create a directory of plugins in the .bazaar directory but i didn't find it. When i run the command bzr version the configuration of bazaar appears under this directory but when i tried to go to this directory it says it doesn't exist. Is there any special configuration or permission to use this directory?

I'm sure you need ~/.bazaar directory (in your home directory).

Can you help with this problem?
