Recently Opened List

Asked by Roelof Ensing

Is there a way to clean up the 'Recently Opened' list under de 'Welcome' tab of the Bazaar Explorer.
I can not find where this information is stored on the desktop to clean this information.

The file is called history.dat and it's stored in your explorer configuration directory:

* ~/.bazaar/explorer on GNU/Linux and OS X
* C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\bazaar\2.0\explorer on Windows.

It's a binary file so there's no easy way to clean-out just some entries by editing it.

BTW, Bazaar Explorer will remove locations that no longer exist. So one ugly hack is to rename a location you want to delete from history, start Explorer, exit it, and rename the location back to its original name. It should then be removed next time you start Explorer.

I'm happy to add a nice way of cleaning up history. If you have ideas on how best to do it, please raise a bug and mark it as "Wishlist".

Can you help with this problem?
