how to use

I run into the same problem: there is no bazaar specific entry anywhere. There is also no entry in Window->Preferences->Team for Bazaar. From the Product Configuration I see Eclipse Plugin for Bazaar 0.0.7. It is not clear to me where to get bzr-xmlputput from.

bzr-xmloutput is a plugin for bazaar, which is hosted here (laucnhpad.net) at http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr-xmlputput
Also would be very helpfull if you can look in the "Error Log" view in Eclipse and check if there is any error/exception related to bzr-eclipse.
If bzr-eclipse still refuses to work, you can (please do it) fill a new bug, with more detailed information about plataform, and version's of each component..

Guillermo, I checked out http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr-xmlputput/ but content of the page is "This page does not exist yet. You can create a new empty page, or use one of the page templates.".
So problem still here and I also have nothing bzr-related at Window->Preferences->Team.
P.S. BTW: where is "Error Log" in eclipse (Eclipse 3.2.2-0ubuntu3 on Ubuntu 7.04 x86)?

"Error log" view can be opened form: Window--> Show view (this open a list of views, choose Error log)

Thanks for offering the shell access, but I guess we are not going to need it :D
I found the problem, it's a build error due to wrong options in the build process (I'm using Eclipse 3.3)
You can try it out by downloading again the plugin which have the same version number, please first remove the current 0.0.7, and reinstall from the update site.
