Neither ppa:bean123ch/burg nor ppa:n-muench/burg contain software for Ubuntu bionic. To get rid of the error messages you have to disable these PPAs from your list of repositories.

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+ppas?name_filter=burg does not show any PPA with a version of burg for bionic.

It seems that nothing has been done on the Ubuntu packages for burg in the past two years, and I am quite pessimistic that there will be a version for Ubuntu 18.04

If http://ppa.launchpad.net/n-muench/burg/ubuntu is still shown in your output, then you have not correctly disabled ppa:n-muench/burg

Oops, too fast.

Why are you using "precise" as version indicator?
You are running bionic (at least that is the main repository)

Ok. Screw it. I started using Ubuntu 16.04 to avoid all the trouble and I actually prefer it over 18.04. Thanks anyway.
