Bug Description

Improved table import is broken in 5.5. Just follow the documented procedure to restore an individual table with innodb_import_table_from_xtrabackup. The table is not accessible after ALTER TABLE ... IMPORT TABLESPACE until a server restart.

Yes, I was able to reproduce it 5.5.21, but 5.5.24 with the same setup worked fine.
