Bug Description
Compare the following:
1. Click on statistics button at the bottom
2. A small window with different statistics buttons opens.
3. Click on general statistics.
4. Right-click the small window to close it.
Result: general statistics is still open, even though it's "parent" window was closed.
1. Click on a lumberjack's hut to open it's building window
2. Click on the help button to open the help window.
3. Right-click on the building window.
Result: when the building window is closed, the help window disappears as well. It seems like these are tied to their "parents" and cannot stay open on their own.
I would like to see this change, both to stay consistent with other parent-child window relationships, but mainly because I want to focus on the help, not the building window. When I have opened the help window I will likely read through this, while keeping an eye on my kingdom in the background. At this point the building window is likely unneccessary or in the way of what is going on in the background.
