account merge request webui: please implement "revoke" option

Bug Description
Currently an account merge request in the form of:
https:/
only contains a [Confirm] button, with no other administrative action possible.
Please implement a way to revoke (or remove) the request token.

The suggestion means we want the UI to expose the consumed() method when cancels the transaction for for this token *and* it sibling tokens. If you want to remove one, you definitely want all of them revoked.
