Bug Description
Some parts of OpenShot, such as the timeline in the bottom panel, do not use the Unity overlay scrollbars.

OpenShot is developed for GTK. If Unity doesn't function properly with it, it is a bug in Unity.
Maybe Canonical can contribute some development time to upstream projects if they expect applications to work properly with their custom interfaces.
