update manager error report

Bug Description

Update manager reports updates available but when I download to install I get the following message

'E:Malformed line 59 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list (dist parse)'

Means nothing to me can you help please as I cant add updates

Below the "Add comment" box on this bug page you should see a link saying "Add attachment or patch".

Click that and it should open a new page, on this page click the "Browse" button in the "Include an attachment" section.

In the "File upload" window that opens, click "File System" on the left pane.

Then open the folder called "etc" on the main part of the window (centre-right pane), then "apt" then "sources.list".

The "File upload" window should close, then click "Post Comment"

Can you please run, in a terminal:

gksu gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Then please delete the following lines at the bottom of the file and see if the issue still occurs:

deb http://repository.spotify.com stable
deb-src http://repository.spotify.com stable
deb http://repository.spotify.com stable nonfree
deb-src http://repository.spotify.com stable nonfree
deb http://repository.spotify.com stable non-free
deb-src http://repository.spotify.com stable non-free deb http://repository.spotify.com stable non-free
