Bug Description
************* fixed with last build r930
see http://
******* reason and background
This is all happening due to bugs in the new session save feature (at restart: restore IDE window and reopen files, that have been open when quitting IDE before)
see faq 1766
additionally there seems to be a bug, that after using File -> Open, the tab is named "Untitled" until you save it again. If you quit the IDE in this situation, you are in the above restart problem ("Untitled" cannot be reloaded).
So for now, until these bugs are fixed:
When quitting the IDE, make sure, that all tabs are closed - do not leave any files open.
-------
**** startup problems with Mac: see comment #1
**** Windows 7 64Bit
The IDE started to freeze on startup. It turned out that I had cleaned up my AppData/Local/Temp directory, where IDE stored some temporary files. The solution was to remove the HKEY_CURRENT_
rc2 does not have this bug.
Big thanks for the Sikuli itself!

There is a new feature with rc3: restore window on startup including the files that were open on quit.
This makes some problems on start up with different symptoms (and it does it on Mac too):
- when editing a new script in IDE and you decide not to save it at quit, there will be a Java error at startup ide.plist in ~/Library/ Preferences (which is comparable to the above Windows action)
- someone updated rc2 to rc3 and rc3 on Mac and it did not startup, but had Java error. The solution was to delete the org.sikuli.
I think this startup feature is not yet robust enough.
