Bug Description

The developer guide says these extensions are supported, but as Yogi pointed out in issue #33... they're not.

So, we either need to add support or revise the docs.

Also when I did some of the tests, the content returned is based on the content-type header. It should be based on the accept header.Need to verify.

Apparently something similar was already written into keystone, see: keystone.queryext.exthandler.UrlExtensionFilter

However, it does not appear to be used outside of a unit test: keystone.test.unit.test_exthandler.UrlExtensionFilterTest
