@anotherjesse (?) what OS and port(s) were you running keystone on? Did you start keystone as su?

Not sure if this is actually an issue or not - logging configuration is done via 'etc/logging.cnf'.

The default production configuration doesn't write to keystone.log (it routes to your syslog daemon), and I don't see why you'd need to start keystone in dev as root.

The root ownership has been fixed in the current RCB packaging, which has not been pushed back to github for other reasons.

Not until the issue is resolved (or pulled in from the RCB fork).

@dolph - any updates on this? Did we pull in the updates from RCB?

I was never able to reproduce this issue - and I'm still not clear on where & how its reproducible.

I have a question.. can you define what settings equal the following statement?

"The default production configuration doesn't write to keystone.log (it routes to your syslog daemon) ..."

Is it just changing "handlers=devel" to be "handlers=production" in logging.cnf?
