Will there be a replacement? Encrypting files via Nautilus (/usr/lib/nautilus/extensions-2.0/libnautilus-seahorse.so) strikes me as a valuable feature. Its the only way that doesn't include use of command line.

I'll also call for a replacement. This is a feature I use frequently, along with the Gedit plugin, for securing my personal data. This is critical functionality for many users.
