Bug Description

Since this mornings unity upgrade, the dash and launcher often appear underneath windows. With maximized windows, this manifests in the launcher appearing to not show at all. Screenshot attached

Thanks for the bug report Chris. It seems there is already a bug report for the same issue where people think they have the steps to recreate the issue, though none of those steps are clear, I'll make an attempt in the bug report to ask for step to reproduce again.
