Error Compiling Windows XenServer Agent - no such file to load -- Properties.rb

Hi,

I placed this report under the "Answers" section as Question #163423, but I wasn't sure if it should be in the Bugs section, so I've copied it here also.

I'm attempting to compile the Windows XenServer Guest Agent, and I receive the following error:

I Run:

"Click To Build.bat"

Error:

rake aborted!
no such file to load -- Properties.rb
:/openstack-guest-agents/windows/xenserver/rakefile.rb:3:in `<top (required)>'

Here are the GEMS I have installed:
