Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
Often immediately after logging in, my Skype tray icon is displayed in the unity global menu as a single green pixel (see attached). It appears to be a scaling problem because the pixel does display the skype menu if you place the mouse very carefully over the it and press the right mouse button.
Killing Skype and restarting it usually fixes the problem.

seems similar to bug #767095 which is with gnome-panel, could it be a skype issue?
