Bug Description

If you look at the attachment to the left of the Fusion Icon you will notice a small green dot. That is the new Skype icon after the yesterday update and obviously something is very wrong. Is this an issue in Ubuntu or should I report to Skype?

affects me too after installing dropbox and adding its icon to the systray by "gsettings set com.canonical.Unity.Panel systray-whitelist" command...

i just found out a workaround:
run 'gnome-panel --replace' and the icons display nice again (for me this is the skype and opera icon)

i found this out because there is another bug which affects me:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+bug/697358
could this bug be related to this one?

affects: skype (Ubuntu) → gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
