Upon apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade; finishing and a restart of my laptop:

#267186 reflects a bug in ifupdown version 0.6.4-4.10exp1. This is
the same bug that afflicted 0.6.4-4.9 and was fixed in 0.6.4-4.10,
the current sid version.

A new release (exp3) has been prepared which fixes the bug in the
experimental version too. The new package has not been uploaded yet
but you can obtain it at:

    http://www.aglu.demon.nl/ifupdown

Sorry for the inconvenience.
