CROSS: libgcc1 is in wrong directory

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gcc-4.5
I built fresh cross toolchain and got this problem:
root@home:~# dpkg -L libgcc1-
/usr/arm-
It should be stored in /usr/arm-
no patch for now

This patch solved problem.
For now we do not use multiarch paths for cross compiler. This will be done later.
Patch probably not to merge into gcc-4.5 - will be kept in armel-cross- toolchain- base package.
