Justification: renders package unusable

Esound 0.2.29-2 just segfaults on my system, where previous versions
worked perfectly. I am using ALSA, if that's of any interest. Please
let me know if you need more info. Here is a stacktrace from gdb:

Ryan,

These bugs are still marked pending, but 0.2.34-1 is already in the
archive. Can they be closed, or are further fixes pending?

Thanks,
