Bug Description

My system seems to be hanged during installation of ubuntu 6.10 live CD. I recently downloaded .iso image file for desktop installation and burned the CD successfully. I booted from CD and selected "start or install ubuntu" option. After sometime ubuntu desktop screen appeared with 'install' desktop icon on it. But i'm unable to select that 'install' icon on desktop because my mouse doesn't moves. It seems my system hanged. No error message appeared on the desktop. No keys on the keyboard are not working. Please resolve my problem.

Awaiting for your help....

Regards,
Karthik. B
