Bug Description

Drop gdk_spawn functions
These have been removed since the implementation was just
a straight wrapper around g_spawn.

wait a bit gtk+ stabilize and upgrade marlin against git.

I just dropped the gdk_spawn functions in marlin code. However we're not gonna support gtk+ 2.99.1 for the moment.

There's some problem with treeviews in 2.99.1 and the cell renderers. Since the css style implementation rc theme format doesn't work anymore. So except if u like windows 95 style or the hideous Adwaita theme, there's no point compiling against last gtk+ git. We're still working with gtk+ versions 2.91.3 or 2.91.4.
