0.10.6 ocular plugin disabled

Hi
Just downloaded 0.10.6
Ocular plugin cannot be configured or activated.
After I deleted the AppData\Roaming\Stellarium\modules\Oculars that was used with 0.10.6, the plugin worked.
After I delete all eyepieces and telescopes the plugin gets disabled and cannot be enabled except after deleting the ocular.ini file.

Here is a log of initial run of 0.10.6 using ocular.ini remaining from 0.10.6 beta:

Plz read "After I deleted the AppData\Roaming\Stellarium\modules\Oculars that was used with 0.10.6, the plugin worked."
as After I deleted the AppData\Roaming\Stellarium\modules\Oculars that was used with 0.10.6 beta, the plugin worked.

Yes, It does from a clean install. As I mentioned deleting the \modules\Oculars folder or ocular.ini file or for that matter deleting the whole Roaming\Stellarium folder will make it work.

Hi Timothy,
I understand that it won't activate without any telescope or eyepiece
defined, but in the next Stellarium session I cannot add new telescope or
eyepieces definitions until I manually delete the ocular.ini file (The
configure button in the plugin dialog window is disabled) even though the
Ocular plugin is checked to be loaded at startup.

Anyhow this happened to me because I installed 0.10.6 and used it without
first deleting \AppData\Roaming\Stellarium.
