Bug Description

Per question https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/136180, Michael requested that recipe be deleted which is owned by a team he used to manage. The problem is that the team has been deleted (merged away) and now the recipe page shows up in his project's recipe page, https://code.launchpad.net/nginx/+recipes, but results in a Not Found error.

I believe this is old data, from before the bug was solved, because according to recent bug reports, person merging does handle transferring recipes. Needs investigation, though.

I checked this yesterday with spm on staging. At the very least the "delete team" action leaves recipes connected to the merged team (and as such inaccessable).

The code should delete the recipes connected to teams.
