Warning about missing GtkMenu.ubuntu-local property

Bug Description
When running Dexter, I see a warning:
$ bin/dexter
/home/kalikiana
builder.
I understand this is not needed unless running Ubuntu with this special property. So I think the warning should be removed or made conditional, otherwise it looks as if I am missing a package.
