Bug Description

When a contact is deleted, the image associated with that contact is still stored in "~/.local/share/dexter". These should be removed as not to use unnecessary amounts of disk space.

I had to revert the fix, because it caused a very nasty regression, much more severe than a few extra photos on the hard drive. The correct fix is not trivial, so I will have to get to it later

Would it be better to have the option of whether you want to delete the photo or not, you might use the photo on other devices (e.g. a smartphone) and want to keep it?

Keeping doesn't make sense in my opinion because images are stored in a folder users don't normally see. And you most likely won't re-use pictures unless perhaps there are twins among your contacts.
