document end not reachable by button or scrollbar

In document, use "go to bottom" button, but it does not go to last page.
In document, use scrollbar, but it does not go to last page.
There are hundreds more pages.
Description says names from MI -PI, but it stops at "Myers".
After dinking around, I was able to get to name I was looking for and was in there "Nicholson", but not thru the button or scrollbar. And once I got to Nicholson, I clicked scrollbar and it reverted to "Myers" or what app thinks is the bottom or last page. Then had to dink again to get back to Nicholson.

I was in one-page view mode when bug happened.
Dinking = One thing I did to get more pages was click on thumbnail view, then click on Flip right, then click on individual page in list of thumbnails to get going again.
